Harry focuses on recruiting ETRM professionals across the UK and Europe, partnering with both specialist consultancies and major energy trading firms. 

He primarily works on permanent placements, supporting candidates who are seeking career progression, exposure to new systems or commodities, or relocation. For clients, he provides access to a network of highly skilled professionals who understand the demands of the energy trading market.

Harry has been with RJC Group for over four years, building his career in recruitment since moving to London. He first joined the business after a recommendation from a university friend (now a colleague on the US team) and has grown with the company ever since.

Outside of work, Harry is a keen skier and golfer, and a confessed film buff — with The Shawshank Redemption as his all-time favourite.
